 Limited Warranty: Joel Knadler's hand built guitars are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser during the working life of the builder against defective materials or workmanship. Upon notice of any defect, Joel Knadler will repair or replace, at his option, any defective part or material. Instruments returned for warranty repair must be shipped pre-paid and will be returned collect postage. Damage incurred by misuse, accidents, normal wear or natural cracking of wood or finishes due to changes in temperature or humidity is not covered under the warranty. This is the sole warranty of Joel Knadler and includes the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No other written or oral warranty applies.
My success as a Luthier is dependant on 100% customer satisfaction. Upon receiving the guitar, you will have 7 days to examine your purchase. If the guitar does not meet your approval, I will refund the purchase price (minus shipping fees) provided the instrument is returned in its original condition.
