Joel Guitars Ordering Options:
As my business grows, I hope to expand the models that I am able to offer including a true Jumbo guitar, classical guitars, and archtop guitars. If you like what you see here, please know that I am able to offer you an extremely good value while my business is in its early stages. I hope to be able to maintain the current pricing schedule for 2006.
Just shopping around? I would be happy to talk to you in person or through email and answer any questions you might have about standard models I offer or discuss building you a custom instrument.
How To Order A Joel Standard Guitar:
I highly recommend you visit the How To Choose section to decide on options and figure out what guitar is right for you. After you have done this please visit the Contact section and contact me before placing an order. Once we have discussed your guitar and finalized your options on a Standard Joel Guitar Model, use the shop below to complete the order. The standard features are listed in description of each model as well as options concerning materials and selected features. In addition, upgrades are available for the Standard Models and include Master grade top wood, figured and alternative woods for back and sides, optional cutaway, tuning machines, electronics, and options for the soundhole ring. Simply select your options and press add to cart. Be advised that upgrades and some of the options are at additional cost, but many options are no additional cost above the standard $1600 price.
How To Order A Joel Custom Guitar:
Joel Guitars welcomes Custom Orders. If you have a special guitar in mind with features that aren't available on the Standard Models, please Click Here to start your custom order. Be aware that I have access to many exotic and rare woods that are not listed here. If you don't see the wood you are looking for below, I would be happy to quote you a price. Once you have received the price quote and you decide to proceed with the order, please come back to the custom order page to choose your final options for your Joel Custom Guitar. Due to availability and fluctuating costs of materials, the price quote can only be honored 30 days.
Payment:
30% of the purchase price (non-refundable) is required as a deposit to place your order in cue. An additional 20% will be required when construction begins and the remainder of the balance is required at time of completion. This is payable through check, money order or through PayPal. You will receive an estimated date of completion at the time you pay your 30% deposit.
Important:
When you get to the end of the ordering process you will need to answer yes indicating that you understand the options you have chosen, as well as how you choose to make payment.
Building Your New Joel Guitar:
Standard models can be constructed more quickly than custom orders. Custom orders will take longer due to many factors including tracking down and ordering special materials, set up time, etc. I will notify you when construction begins and keep you updated with progress on a weekly basis. Once I begin construction, your guitar will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.
Final Payment:
The remainder of the purchase price will be required when construction is complete. After payment is received, the guitar will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and insured for the purchase price.
Time Frame To Build:
At this time, a Standard Model guitar will be delivered within two to three months. Custom orders may take longer. This is
only an estimate and depends entirely on the number of orders in cue and my building schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
In the case you need to cancel your order, you will either: 1. Forfeit your deposit; 2. Postpone delivery for a later date in order to acquire funds; 3. In cases of severe hardship, a deposit may be refunded contingent on sale of clients ordered guitar and at the discretion of Joel Guitars. |
